1. Hold the Lucky Lotto Ticket Scratcher in your hand such that your thumb is on one side of the grip and your forefinger is on the other side of the grip.
2. For broad sweeps, use the elongated or arcuate end of the Lucky Lotto Ticket Scratcher and apply a scraping motion to remove latex coating on the lottery card or other such promotional card.
3. Use the angular edge to remove the latex protective coating from small areas of the card.
